How to shop

Items in e-shop www.loktushe.cz can be purchased without registration

1. Choosing items and adding them to the shopping cart

Choose a product from our stock. Clicking on the selected item will lead you to a page with all the available variations of the product. Choose a size and quantity of the selected product and click Add to cart. You should see a message confirming that the items(s) were added to your shopping cart. You can view the contents of your order by clicking the Shopping cart button. Inside the shopping cart menu you can change the amount of products (- and +), delete a product (x) or return to the e-shop to continue ordering from our selection - Back to shop button.

Once you are finished adding items to the shopping cart you can click the Continue to payment button. Here you can select from different shipping and payment options (right side of the summary of your order).

2. Shipping and payment

Choose your specific shipping and payment method. You can return to your shopping cart with the Back to shop button, change the order with the Previous step button or continue with the CONTINUE button.

3. Biling and delivery

If you are a registered user, you should see your billing info already filled. If you are not registered, you have to fill this information manually. Input or confirm your billing address. Your billing address is also your delivery address. You can change your delivery address from your billing address by checking the Deliver to a different address box.

Information marked with an asterisk (*) must be filled for correct processing and delivering your order. Check your billing/delivery info carefully for any mistakes so your order can be delivered as soon as possible and without any problems.

You can also Add a note for us, Subscribe to our newletter (now only in czech language version) or Register in our site for future orders.

You can return to our e-shop to add anything to your order (Back to shop) or return and make changes in any step of the order (Previous step).

On the right side of the page is a summary of your order and a button for confirming your order.

4. Finalizing your order

Finalize your order by clicking the Confirm and send button. By sending your order, you are agreeing with our Terms and Conditions and Personal Data Protection Policy. You can learn more about these by clicking the hypertext links.

Before finalizing your order, check all the information in the order summary for any mistakes or missing info (if any of the mandatory information is missing, order can not be confirmed). You can still return to our e-shop to add anything to your order (Back to shop) or return and make changes in any step of the order (Previous step).

5. Confirming your order

Congratulations! You have successfully sent your order. You should receive an e-mail from us confirming your order.

After sending, you will be asked to pay for your order (based on the payment method you chose).

If you don’t receive the confirmation e-mail, it could be caused by:

  1. Wrong e-mail address in your order
  2. Having a full e-mail inbox (if your inbox is full, delete some of the old messages)
  3. The confirmation e-mail was marked as SPAM (check your spam folder)
  4. The order was not properly sent (contact us for further info)

6. Payment

When paying with a card, you will be transferred to a pay gate after sending your order. Follow the displayed instructions to finish your payment. If a payment by card fails for any reason, you can contact us for help (info@loktushe.cz) or for us to send you transfer payment info.

WARNING! After finishing your payment within the pay gate, don’t leave the page and wait for the internet browser to automatically redirect you back to our shop. Don’t turn off your computer, don’t refresh or close the page. If the payment fails at this point (for any reason), the process will be interrupted. The payment will not be able to be repeated for safety reasons (contact us for help).

When paying with a payment transfer, check carefully if your variable symbol is filled in the payment statement correctly. If the variable symbol is incorrect or missing, your order expedition can be delayed.

Orders payed for by the payment transfer are expedited within two days after receiving the payment to our account.

If you wish to change or cancel your order after sending it to us, you can respond to the confirmation e-mail from us. This applies only to the orders that are not yet expedited. Orders already handed to delivery carriers cannot be canceled or changed. In this case you can return your order according to our Terms and Conditions.
